NYCEs Statutes include an organizational structure integrated by the General Special Meeting, the Board of Directors and the General Direction.
The General Special Meeting is integrated by forty three (43) affiliates, twenty-one (21) founders, Twelve (12) Pre-qualified "A", nine (9) Numeraires and one (1) Pre-qualified "B".
Board of Directors is integrated by eleven (11) members including the President and the corresponding substitutes, a Secretary and a Treasurer elected by the Board of Directors, as well as by one or several Vice-presidents designated by the President and some Members of Honor.
From the eleven (11) Members, five (5) are designated by entities representing the official sectors of Economy, Communications and Transportation, Education and Research and, Consumption and Industry. Six (6) are elected from among the founder affiliates, numeraires, and those the Body pre-qualified from the Industry, Commerce and Service sections.
Technical Structure
Additionally, the Board of Directors is supported by Work Committees of statutory and non statutory nature, who serve as auxiliary bodies attending issues related to its specialty as required by the Commission, as well as Technical Committees of Standardization and Certification integrated by representatives of all sectors.
